Rebecca Pack, MA, LPCC-S
Rebecca earned her masters degree in clinical pastoral counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary in 2002. She started her private practice, Hope (Helping Others Pursue Excellence) Counseling in 2004.
Rebecca is known for her natural warmth and humor. She connects quickly and is passionate about her work with individuals, couples, teens and small groups of specific focus.
Eclectic in her approach to therapy, she uses cognitive behavioral components, formational counseling, art, horses (equine assisted psychotherapy) and narrative therapy.
She specializes in these areas: anxiety and depression, codependency, dissociative disorders, self-esteem issues, sexual abuse trauma, support and recovery from eating disorders and spiritual formation.
Challenging personal life experiences have contributed to her being the counselor of depth and grace that she is. Her dream is to one day hike to the "Lost City" in Peru, Machu Picchu.
