Kathy Holmes, LPCC
Winds of Change Counseling
is a Professional Clinical Counselor and received a masters degree in
clinical counseling from of Ashland Theological Seminary in 2008. Her areas of
clinical expertise include trauma, depression, anxiety, abuse issues, and
Kathy has presented to various audiences speaking on the
topics of depression and marriage enhancement, and is a respected relationship
therapist. Kathy is a cognitive behavioral therapist, qualified in EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for trauma. With
compassion she works with each client to help access their strengths and
achieve the personal goals they are dedicated to attaining.
Married for over 20 years, Kathy has two grown sons, two rugged cats, and one handsome dog (outnumbered by all of the guys)! She enjoys travel and is looking forward to someday dining in a cafe close to the Eiffel Tower.
